About

Wed. Oct. 24, 2012 at 3:30-4:30
Olin Library, Level A, Arc Presentation Room

Cathy C. Sarli, Scholarly Communications Specialist at Becker Medical Library, will present an overview of the NIH Public Access Policy and how to comply.  This policy requires that NIH-funded investigators and scholars submit the final, peer-reviewed manuscript version of journal articles generated by NIH funding to PMC.

Are you preparing a manuscript for a journal? Do you know the journal policy for NIH-funded authors? Are you preparing a grant application or submitting a progress report and need a PMCID? Do you know how to respond to a request from NIH asking for documentation of compliance with the NIH Policy for your publications cited in a progress report?

Who will benefit from this session:
NIH-funded investigators/authors, grant managers or their administrative assistants; library staff who work with NIH-funded authors.
